Individual Nutrition Coaching

- Individualized guidance and support to cultivate a lifestyle of sustainable habits and a healthy relationship with food
- Weekly video calls to check in, answer questions, assess progress, and modify or introduce new actions to move forward
- Custom nutrition materials and resources
- Email and phone/text communication
Individual Personal Training
$199/month
- Initial video assessment of strength and form
- Individualized strength training programs provided virtually in accordance with goals
- Biweekly video calls to check in, review exercises, and analyze progress
- Email and phone/text communication
- One-on-one virtual sessions available for an add-on fee
